bulletIdentify your team's appraisers early in the season.  It takes many, many appraisers to have a successful Celebration, one that provides the teams the recognition they have earned.  Each team competing in a   Regional Celebration must provide an appraiser.  The appraiser must commit to attend one of many training sessions offered throughout the state in late Feb., early March.  Their commitment is for a full day on the day of the Celebration.  Recruiting teachers, principals, school board members, aunts, uncles or family friends is normally not too difficult as long as you start early enough.  Young adults (19 year of age and older, high school graduates) who are previous Creative Problem Solvers are usually quite excited to help and happy to be asked.  Teams that do not provide a trained appraiser will be allowed to perform however, they will not be scored.

bulletIt takes many hands to provide the kids with the Celebration they deserve.  Each team is required to provide a volunteer to work the day of Celebration.  Volunteers will work shifts of up to 4 hours.  We make every effort to insure they will get to see their teams performance.
